Our little Health Elf represented us and our sister facility, Meadow Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, at the Holiday Open House at The Maples Assisted Living last week! We were told that he did a great job helping their Director of Nursing serve drinks.

Maryland Facilities Go Out to the Ball Game
We recently went out with our sister facilities, Meadow Park and Westgate Hills, and had a “ball” cheering on the Baltimore Orioles with our Community Health Partners as they took on the Red Sox in a game that made this night a home run!
