His hospital affiliations include Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and Medstar\u2019s Good Samaritan and Union Memorial Hospitals. Dr. Baxi is also affiliated with Benchmark Medical LLC and Provider Partners. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Addisu Temesgen<\/h3>\n\n Attending Physician<\/em>

Since completing geriatrics medicine fellowship, 2010, Dr. Addisu Temesgen have been working as attending physician at Post Acute Specialty space for 7 years. Care mostly involving ventilation management, management of complex wound along with rehabilitation, supervision of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), leading patient care plan meetings, coordinating Goals of Care discussion and Palliative Care. Since 2016, Addisu Temesgen have been working in Nursing and Rehab centers as an attending physician. Responsibilities as attending physician include patient care, discharge planning, attending family meetings, coordinating palliative and hospice care in the facilities and wound care.<\/p>\n

Dr. Kamal Sewaralthahab<\/h3>\n\n Nephrologist<\/em>
\n <\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

Dr. Sewaralthahab graduated with high honors from King Saud University, College of Medicine, and moved to the US where he became a Nephrology and Hypertension postdoctoral research fellow at Tufts University\/St. Elizabeth Medical Center. In 2018 he moved to Maryland where he joined Maryland Medical First as the Director of the Division of Nephrology and Hypertension.<\/p>\n
